Worried you our your nail client may have a nail infection? Don't Panic! With or without nail enhancements, nail infections are common. Most of us know too well the pain that can come from what seemed like a small hangnail! Try to nip your hangnail with your teeth and mouth bacteria can enter the seal between your nail and skin and you can get an infection!
Thymol helps that tender throbbing discomfort to subside quickly! Thymol is a must for every nail tech and every nail client to have on hand. Applying a few drops to the tender area and allow it to dry. Repeat until you don't notice it bothering you. Perhaps 3-9 times.
If you are a nail tech, then Thymol is a must. Clients may often rip a hangnail and complain of a sidewall feeling tender. This is our cue to get the Thymol. Apply a few drops and allow to dry as you are prepping another nail. Then apply a few drops and allow to dry as you are prepping another nail. You get the idea! 🙂
