Nail Drills in Canada
It's commonly referred to as a nail drill in Canada and around the world. However, we prefer the term electric file or e-file for short. Here in Alberta, Canada - we often say - we drill for oil and we file nails. - lol 😉
Reviewz:
"I'm a new nail tech (3 years). I have only ever used an Erica MT20 so, I'm picky when it comes to e files. (The Erica MT20 is the only file I' have to compare.) I purchased a NailNerdz Efile as a back up while my Erica Hand Piece is getting serviced. At $149, It's a great price and is a great little machine! The hand piece is light, so easy on the wrist." - Kyla Philpott
"I've been a tech since 1997 and have bought and tried dozens of Efiles. The Ni E-file is compact, lightweight, and I can clip it on my pants and use it cordless to demo or do nailz ALL DAY! It's got great speed and torque. This is important to me because I don't want it to stop when I apply pressure for product removal!!
I use the Ni Efile when we are doing our Ni Roadshowz, or if I'm doing any nailz while I travel. Travelling creates wear and tear on equipment. It's too easy for things to get bumped and knocked around. For this reason I prefer to not travel with my Erica's Mt20. It's more cost effective to replace a $149 Efile than a $600 E-file! Plus, the Mt20 base is heavy, and it has to be plugged in. So, that doesn't make it a convenient travel machine.
I own about 15 different nail machines - including the Medicool pro power 30k, which runs around $400 - and it doesn't have anything over the Ni Efile at $149 or we'd carry it. The 30k also is NO comparison to the Erica's Mt20 . I'm always buying and trying any new E-file's that come out looking for the latest and greatest. At $149 this is the best bang for your buck!" - Avry Bablitz
